Do you do custom embroidery?

I am able to do small jobs, and use pre purchased patterns. If you want something done, Please message me and we can sort something out. Please note I need to fit these jobs around my other job so there may be a wait in getting things made.

Pre Orders

You may notice some items say “Pre Order” instead of the normal “ Add to Cart” These are items that I have stitched in the past and will make again, But currently hold no stock. I aim to have these made and posted out within 10 working days of your order being placed.

How long will my order take?

I aim to post on Tuesdays and Fridays, but if you need your order rushed out, sometimes I can accommodate this. I aim to have orders in the post within three working days of the order being placed.

Shipping will depending on where you live.
New Zealand: 1-5 working days.
Australia: 3-20 working days.
Sorry I currently do not ship outside of New Zealand and Australia

How much is shipping?

Items are shipped with NZPost, and will depend on your order size. All New Zealand orders are tracked, overseas postage has tracking options available.

NZ Addresses: If you are shipping to a rural address, please select rural shipping as there is an extra fee for this. If you have not selected the rural shipping option we will get in contact but may have to refund your order.

I put the wrong address on, Can I change it?

If you have provided the wrong address, Please get in contact as soon as possible and we will adjust the address for you.

Care instructions

Avoid dunking your Vinyl products in water, it's just best to wipe the surfaces incase water gets between the layers.
Cotton items can be washed on warm in the washing machine, Be aware dark colours may run.

Why is your cat so cute?

She has always been adorable, and always will be. She's not for sale, she just gets in the way. A lot.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I try to package my products using recycled materials, this many mean your items will come wrapped in a cereal box or reused bubble wrap. Gift wrapping available by request.
